If his middle name was like Joseph, there is no way we would know it.

So home boy just blew himself up in his RV?
Apparently. No note or intentions mentioned yet.

It's not weird they list the middle name.  They always seem to do that with mass murders, etc. to help not associate every "Anthony Warner" in the US with this nutjob.  The middle initial only is a bit weird.

So many weird side stories about this.
-The video of the "evacuate the area" warning was eerie as eff.
-The song "Downtown" blaring from the RV, also eerie as eff. I actually like that song a lot because of a psa that played on tv a lot when most of us were kids, I think it was for the YMCA. However, hearing that blaring out of an RV at 6:30 in the morning along with the evacuation warning is nightmare fuel type crap.
-The woman who just supposedly randomly got this dudes properties for free. A young and pretty woman living in California named Michelle Swing.
-How did this dude have the knowledge to know that a bomb outside of a random AT&T building would be this damaging and why didn't he want to live to see his handy work?
-NBC News put the wrong picture up, they put up some black dude as the bomber and it really mumped with my head.

It's not a secret where these switching buildings in every city are and that a blast could impact their operations.

I agree that music and announcement are creepy af.

How did he collect all this bomb making material and not be in the fbi radar? Why isn't he being called a terrorist?

I'm not quite sure if this rises to terrorism, since he didn't kill or hurt anyone but himself.

I can assure you that failover and DR policies/procedures are going to be reviewed extensively going forward for a bit.

I don’t think terrorism is defined based on a body count, but idk

i don't think you can classify something as "terrorism" unless you have an idea of the motive.

Sounds like he was into 5G conspiracy theories. How could someone be so capable as a bomb-builder and so terrible at critical thinking skills?

the Qannon, pizzagate, etc. stuff has shown us that a much larger portion of our society than we thought (or at least I thought) is vulnerable to being convinced in the truth of wildly unbelievable conspiracy theories that can lead to violent acts like this.

. . . and there are hundreds of thousands of people who actually believed that Vladimir Putin controlled our president and that Russia got him elected.   They believed every single allegation and rumor about Russia and Trump for 4 years and repeatedly came unhinged on social media about the situation by the hundreds of thousands day after day for 4 years.   To the point where it consumed every second of a huge portion of those people's lives for 4 years.   This group of simpletons outnumbers the Anti-5G, Qnon lunatic fringe by factors measured in the hundreds upon hundreds of thousands.

I forgot to add that there's numerous Russia-Russia-Russia true believers on this board including SteveDave.

MuellerTruther status of some on this board is still very debatable.  MuellerTruther's also outnumber the Qnon-5G lunatic fringe by a factor measured in the hundreds of thousands.

Agreed.  There are many more gullible idiots than most could know.  But that is why Trump has been so successful and lives on social media.  He can peddle any of his crazy crap and then grift their fat faces off.

And why would the missle hit the RV not the actual building they think "they" wanted destroyed?
