A coworker told me today that their neighbor (retired and wealthy) is convinced they know generally where one is in Florida.  Dude has some people working with him, they all have NDA's and such LOL

Coworker told me that there's an expedition discovery about it.  Apparently one was located in Boston recently?

i think there are several where there is a consensus of the location. Being able to actually pinpoint the 3 ft area is proving to be difficult.

Yes, some guy found it in Boston(super lucky too!). The expedition discovery epi kind of walks through the process of the discovery and then re-enacts the finding(while making it seem like its actually happening in front of the cameras lol).
They have a couple other previous episodes which show some unsuccessful attempts at the San Fran one and maybe South Car.

Pretty sure the OG hiders is dead but I believe some of the artists are still alive.

correct. OG died in 2005.
I think there is only one main artist and he knows the locations. From what I understand the family doesn't even know.
I debated on ordering the book, but never pulled the trigger.
