It's rumored that the ISU spent up to 20 million on the '24 roster, which is amazing since Ryan Day did an interview this spring stating that being the ISU like other top FB schools doesn't need to spend as much to get players they desire due to athletes wanting to play at these schools.  BTY, the amount they spent this year is the most in FBS.
