You guys like cheesecake? I love it. Could eat it all day. Put some ice cream on top of it and you have the best dessert ever invented.

I did the development work on these in the lab.  :gocho:

coincidentally, I tend to stay away from cheesecake now because I ate too much of it.

Cheesecake is one of the most fantastically elite deserts out there IMO.  But for me the Law of Diminishing Returns applies.   The first piece is a near orgasmic culinary experience.  The second piece is still pretty fracking good but doesn't quite capture the magic of the first piece.  So then you end up going for a third piece just to see if maybe the second piece had some kind of flaw with it, and so on, until you wind up with a stomachache.

The real prob cheesecake has is that there is more bad cheesecake in the world than truly good cheesecake.

Not much worse than bad cheesecake.

I haven't had a cheesecake that could really be described as "bad".  Cheesecake is alot like like pizza and sex.  Even when it's bad, it's still okay and you end up finishing anyway.

Love cheese cake. Love. It.

Have an aunt that makes "cheesecake" that has a chicken nuggets-y texture and tastes nothing like cheesecake is supposed to. She needs to hit the bricks with that bullshit.
