Yes.  Mail-In voting = lazy.

I can't wait to tell the elderly, handicap, and people who depend on public transit that they are lazy mother fuckers for voting via mail.

And have to wait in lines for hours on a work day to vote after pubs have shut down hundreds of polling locations

Again, sorry you live in a place that's apparently extremely disorganized and poorly run.

Lol, I live in a plce well run, and by dems, pubs on MO side decided to cut poling locations to suppress voter turnout in STL and KC, but BLAME THE DEMS- dax

Weird hill for you to die on about voting by mail, you must probably also hate people who work abroad, and the military too.

LOL . . . I haven't  once called for the end of mail-in voting.  I'll mark you down as another one who doesn't understand the concept of mass mail-in voting.

Also  at the constant excuses about pubs cutting poling places.   Just a few weeks ago any St. Louis county voters could vote at any St. Louis county voting place (one example) . . . but I appreciate the attempt to make up a story.  Curbside voting is also approved for St. Louis.

They absolute do you dipshit,

https://www.houstonchronicle.com/politics/texas/article/Texas-has-closed-more-polling-places-than-any-14429443.php

https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-election-locations/southern-us-states-have-closed-1200-polling-places-in-recent-years-rights-group-idUSKCN1VV09J

And what, do I have wrong about mass mail in voting? Do you think I think it's unsafe (lolz) the post office can't handle it (even if it handles more than the entire us pop in mail daily 420+ million parcels). And why can't we have more voting, More options? Seems pretty easy, especially since all top pubs do it all the time.

So tell me, pray tell, what I have wrong. Or is the hopped up amphetamine (since you post so much and can't stop all day everyday, probably jealous of trump's drug addiction) court jester going to keep fighting this battle cause he needs another kick

I'm enjoying this speech for how boring and poorly delivered it is.

He read the prompter very well.  I think the low energy he exhibited was his age/morbid obesity and possibly some type of depressants his doctors mixed up to keep him from flipping out/sniffing.

I watched all of sweaty low energy Trump's speech and what struck me is does his speech writers not realize he's the own leading over all the terrible things he mentioned?

Global pandemic, in which the USA is leading in deaths & cases, leading to worldwide lockdowns and economic downturn.  Yet the media is just making this up to get him?

Racial protests due to police shooting/killing black people that has spurred worldwide protests.  Democratic mayors are at fault?

All the shady dealings and his people getting charged with crimes?  Washington establishment's fault.

Nobody I know can look at their life right now and say its better than it was when he took office.  He needs another 4 years to redo it?

FFS I have no idea how anybody can vote for this dude.  I listened last night trying to see what people get excited to vote for, I just don't get it.

Good job by this administration for calling out Dem state and local leaders who have failed repeatedly to provide safety and security for the majority of their citizens, their property, their businesses and their neighborhoods.    Disgraceful.

Also remember, the very top of Dem leadership and their media mouth pieces told American's to ignore the administration warnings on SARS-Covid-19, and to gather in large groups.    NYT's, WashPo etc. etc. had lead headlines that read like this, "You'll have a better chance of getting (insert hit by lightning-car wreck or similar here) then you'll have of getting Covid" . ..

You give it virtually no thought except to merely parrot DNC bullet point memos.

It's even more fascinating as your party now saddles up with the Bill Kristol's of this world.  I mean, at one time there were LibBots who would have assassinated that guy for free.

Not ruining my Friday on this drivel.  Said my piece.  Still in search for a sane person to tell me a good argument for voting for Trump in the face of what 4 years under his leadership looks like and literally everybody's life worse in at least one way.  Dem stronghold cities have been that for decades yet only in the past 4 years do we have worldwide protests.  One variable changed.

   Oh yeah, Phil.  Only in the last 4 years have there ever been protests.

We're at 1,300 plus days of rage all because Hillary Clinton lost an election.   Imagine being absolutely enraged for over 3 years because one of the most insane corrupt racists and war mongers in modern American political history, lost an election.

Sad . . . very sad.

It's just fascinating to read a guy who was just bragging about the Red Hot real estate market in his home town and talking about how he's looking at a more deluxe condo talk about how bad things are.

There are now businesses literally running TV ads around here begging for people to apply for their job openings.   But they're not going to get the applications because the unemployment benefits are much higher than usual.    The entirety of the major corridors at least around here are lined with now hiring signs on street corners and in store windows.

Small business owners are coming out repeatedly talking about how they can't compete with the unemployment benefits being paid out right now, and they can't find people to fill jobs.

If you get LinkedIn job notifications for certain markets, there's hundreds of new job postings, thousands in several markets like ATL every single day.

idk.  probably some third party dork.

Just vote for trump bro.
What makes you say that?

Because in this particular election a throw away third party vote is a vote for trump, and you know that, it's exactly why so many Republicans are going public with their support for Biden. If you're a moderate Republican you are much closer to Biden's platform than I am, as dax has clinically pointed out over and over again. I am actually registered to a third party that stands to benefit from getting my vote that isn't coming this year.

I don't want to vote for Biden, but I've been given no choice. We are in an unprecedented time in America. We're bordering on authoritarianism. We had a president threatening to send armed police officers to patrol polling places. We have a department of education attempting to divert public tax dollars that should be used for pandemic relief, to private schools. We have federal law enforcement circumventing local authorities in providing law enforcement in local jurisdictions. On and on and on.

If your aren't voting affirmatively to end this, you're voting for it to continue, trump even said so himself earlier this week. "Never in American history has the choice been so clear."

We’re more than bordering on authoritarianism. The White House was used as a political prop for the first time in history last night.
