I hope they don't, it's a distraction, eff him. If that's really a big deal I'd rather focus on the larger machine that allowed this to happen.

I think holding public officials accountable to the law they are supposed to uphold is a fundamental element of any functioning government. You aren't going to find any pieces of that larger machine without having an actual criminal trial outside of the framework of the machine. The impeachment trial was a farce.

Well they'd be better served by people who perjured themselves and obstructed the process. William Barr and Mike Pompeo did far greater harm than Donald Trump.

Absolutely. I think we have to try Trump first to make it clear that William Barr and Pompeo did anything wrong, though. Then we should prosecute them.

If we're going to hold people accountable using a highly subjective greater harm meter.

Then Joe Biden should have been scorned and relegated to the back row of the Democratic party years ago.

A total disaster.

i agree with rage.  holding trump and individuals in the trump administration that broke the law accountable for those actions is the most important task ahead of the biden administration and the country generally.

a failure to even try would be unacceptable.

no, I just paid attention during the Obama administration.

Trump may face some consequences, but it won't be due to the Biden admin.

I mean there are a million other examples. How about Eliott Abrams serving in this administration 35 years after committing crimes in a different administration?

LOL.

Yet you Libs voted 63m strong for a war criminal in 2016.

Good grief.

The NY AG seems pretty horned up to prosecute Trump. And charging government officials for corruption isn't out of the ordinary at all. We'll see! I'm happy to wait for it.

When the Co-Chair of his campaign is owned . . . title/deed/keys by Big Oil.

Sadly, Joe knows that BidenVoter is extremely stupid and will never understand, or care to understand the hypocrisy.

Joe doesn’t have the first inkling what Scientific American is and I’m a bit surprised they’re openly supporting a murderer of hundreds of thousands of brown people.
