They definitely over-corrected for 2018. The results from the midterms went more Democratic than the polls suggested they would.

Georgia being a toss up is no surprise. The Republicans haven't been able to get more than 50% in recent statewide elections, even with widespread voter disenfranchisement. Brian Kemp stealing the 2018 election finally motivated the dems to do things to mitigate roll purges and poll sites in urban areas out of ratio with the rest of the state.
