I always thought Kevin Harris (RIP) was the kitchen manager at So Long before opening the Chef.

He very well may have but he and Kursten operated Howdy's, she was around a lot more than he was, the operating hours were limited, so I suppose it's possible he did both. I also had no idea he passed away, sad, they were essentially the same age as I am.

Yep. He had a massive heart attack about a month ago. Very sad. His memorial was packed.
