Well unless they're clearing almost exclusively positive tests, that ain't it. Positivity rate is double what it was 2 weeks ago. Highest it's been since april.

Where you seeing this? It definately seems like middle missouri (no mask ville) has an increase in cases

This Missouri Hospital Association weekly update is good info but doesn't really make sense when you look at the positivity rate graph and data below the graph. They don't seem to match each other?

Missouri hasn't been much above the usual death count over the last few months. Early spike and settled. I would expect increase as there hasn't been enough spread.

Dark bars are deaths from other causes. Light bars are covid. Hospitals checking the extra revenue box right there.
