What's delayed Biden's OSHA vaccine mandates?

I also see @Trim has gone to the StarBot.7 tactic of avoiding any all questions.

Sad  :frown:

What am I avoiding, dax? I blamed biden and the unvaxed. You don't agree? You're doing that thing where either you don't read or you're trying too hard to be disagreeable.

messaging that ranges from outright lies to massively contrarian

Trimdork, why have you seized upon that last one?   Just curious why that keeps rolling through your dumb little head.

This one?

I love it because you posted those words about something but they could not better fit anything more than your entire Pit existence. In fact, I tried making it the thing that goes over in your profile info on the left but it was too long.

What else?

What's delayed Biden's OSHA vaccine mandates?

Makes federal plans, states block said federal plans, tells states you gotta figure it out let me know what you need. Dax "haha see her had no plan" and makes fun of what he did Trump has to do in the beginning and leave it up to the states.

Yeah the CDC director seems like a real big fat failure and needs replaced.

Here is Phil's official scorecard on Biden close to his first year in office handling this pandemic

Testing Availability - C+ - there are free testing sites everywhere.  At home tests are still too expensive and scarce when people wanted them before the holidays
Guidance - F - Guidance changes and still confusing af and doesn't seem to be based in science
Vaccine rollout - B- - finally tried to mandate it too late.  Still could do more. Being as politicized as it was, this was a losing battle.
Booster rollout - F - should have come out hot and heavy pushing this and didn't.
Travel Ban - F - dumb.  shouldn't have been done.  Worthless.
Messaging - C - he's been pretty consistent but pinning hopes on people getting the vaccine when told "get a vaccine, won't get covid" was a dumb move and weighs heavily on the scoring, even if the data showed that at the time, bad move.
Coordination with state efforts - no idea but this should be part of the grade

Of course I didn't take into account Dax's "Pandemics are hard and no leader can manage them" curve.  Overall not impressed.

Should require a negative test, otherwise it is good

I think only symptomatic or unvaccinated should test moving forward. That's basically the policy for NYC schools and so far it's gone pretty great this school year.

thread about shitty cdc rule

could be a nod to the reality that tests are unavailable (because the fda hasn't approved them for use in the u.s.), so a reqt to test would be unachievable.

Are asymptomatic people who test positive on day 6 infectious?

Chief CoronaBroGE DeflectoBot Phil is always ready to step up to the plate to defend his guy, then attempt to try and prove he's not a total BidenBot in a fake grading post.

Sad

Testing Availability:  D-

Prepared for Variants:  F

Oval Office Messaging:  D-

CDC Guidance:  D

I expected more from Biden's Covid Super Team.

14 Months ago it was blame it all on the White House, now it's blame it all on the states.   1000% on brand with CoronaBroGe

Greater Appalachia from Colin Woodard’s American Nations just getting destroyed in that map SD posted.

The midlands, for the most part is doing quite well.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.
