Yeah, we need a definition of "little or no income tax liability". That could mean many different things.

My wife just said testing at her hospital is back to a six day turnaround. Like people are showing up to the ER demanding their baby get tested because they have a fever. She suggested that if you don't need to call 911, covid your ass at home.
