yes, drives me rough ridin' crazy when someone describes today's political atmosphere as the far left vs. the far right, or says something like "that's wrong with politics these days, everyone is on an extreme." Like what the eff are they even talking about? I can't even deal. The far left, whatever you think their political stances are, doesn't have any decision making voice within the decision making framework of american politics.
A forty year campaign by Republicans to demand everything be “Both sided” worked wonders. Even filtered into the Press where everything must be 1v1 like Jared Kushner got 2 billion from the Saudis, told the Saudis to stop pumping oil before the midterms, suggested getting off the dollar too, Ivanka and Jared made 640 million working at the White House, got patents from China, Saudi and UAE buying up fours, the Saudi crown Prince bragging he’s getting the Presidential Daily Brief from Jared… but guys what about Hunter Biden?!! Everything Must be equal in coverage. Hell look at the Whistler-blower crap the GOP is doing they’ve had like 6-8 or so of them since January and the song is the same… made up or my favorite paid Trump operative….But the Press gives them air for “fairness”. Jim Jordan released a highly Cherry picked version of his imagination with the Secretary of State Blinken interview and CBS morning ran with it till the full interview was released and revealed Jordan misled them. So that is why Americans view the right and left as equal despite being as equal as following example. Democrats are the same as Republicans as parking a car is to landing on the moon.
