By groups of Ukrainian "young men" you mean Azov (and similar) ultra - nationalists (Nazi's) trained by the CIA and the U.S. military roaming the country side.

That Ukrainian government and their U.S. controllers definitely wanted that (cue - But Zelensky is Jewish hilarity. cue - completely forgetting all the articles like "Does the U.S. have a Nazi problem in Ukraine"? etc etc etc)
