There are all these ads now that don't say what they do but hint at me not being a man or being off my game etc etc and they all come with very uncomfortable side effects.

Just going off the commercials, Nugenix seems to make you more manly (in and out of the bedroom

). One of the unfortunate side effects is that Frank Thomas gets to bang your wife and you might even become a cuck or something.
