The NMSU/Auburn finish was really wacky and tense. Wofford’s good. Murray State pulled the annual 12-5 upset, but probably everyone on earth called that. I wouldn’t say it was a super boring day.

I had Marquette going far

I had New Mexico St., Marquette, Louisville, and Nevada all going to Sweet 16 or better. My bracket is in complete shambles.

Marquette played truly awful basketball yesterday.

When they're on, Auburn is almost unbeatable.

They are playing out of their minds. Almost like when KU was playing us after that TTU loss.

Apparently boatloads of bags of cash handed to top recruits' parents, coaches, etc. in hotels and dark alleys across America buys you a 26-point halftime deficit to an SEC school's hobby sport's club team.  Must be rough on people whose identities are tied to that trainwreck.

Proud that BW is Competing without cheATing (CAT).  Kind of amazing, really.

Question for those stats gurus out there: had a non-parochial school ever before been down by more than 25 points at half in an NCAA tournament game?

...i think it's more that Pearl's assistants have bags of cash that are at least as big...
