Giant with a monster beard

I saw Frank at Dillion's (westloop) yesterday walking around with a giant who had an amazing beard (goat-style).  Who the hell was he?  And is that our new recruiting technique?  Frank did NOT looked pleased at the quality of the plantains, but the Giant looked interested in the selection of sprouts offered.

Hey eff-o, I so happen to value my local neighborhood Dillon's SuperStore.  Apparently so does Frank, considering that its the new recruiting hotspot in town.  I can get tremendous deals on cheeses and nearly expired fish and meat.  Where do you shop? At RAY'S? probably so!  I can just picture rd strolling around Ray's with his mini-cart picking up turnips for his dumbass turnip dip. Get a good deal on turnips rick?
