New neocons (aka New cold War warriors) are a faction of the democrats dax thinks wants a war with Russia. I don't think he's actually named anyone that belongs to this group because it's made up in his head.

I think the group of new neocon Democrats who want war with Russia includes anyone who suggests that Trump's behavior with respect to Putin/Russia seems to be a little strange.
