Man guys, I really missed this thread. Some notes:
Apocalypse Now is my favorite movie of all time, but I don't care about redux version. I'm glad everyone was talking about it.
Jesse Eisenberg was a great Mark Zuckerberg, mostly because they both have Aspergers. He'll probably always be cast as someone similar from now on.
Star Trek 2 was very fun, Benedict Cumberbatch took it to a whole 'nother level with his performance. LOL at crying during that movie, it was way too cheesy.
Resevoir Dogs is great, mostly because of Tim Roth's scenes about learning how to be an undercover cop.
I finally saw Perks of Being a Wallflower. Before seeing it, Django was by far the best movie I had seen from 2012. Now I have some thinking to do. I'm not sure if I liked Perks so much because of how much I related to some of the really complicated relationships it touched on, because of Emma Watson being so adorable, or because it was just a great movie. The director did a great job of manipulating your emotions with it. I can't imagine the book is better than the movie.
