Django

It was an adventure-action-love spaghetti western with a lot of laughs and violence.  Just flat out fun.  Jamie Foxx was incredible.  Leo was incredible.  German guy from Inglorious Basterds was incredible...one of my favorite characters ever maybe.

If you like to see movies, then you'll like Django.

Going to the movies by oneself.  I've never tried it, but think it might be fun.  Anyone with experience? 

What got me thinking was I like to watch old movies and westerns by myself.

Saw Django last night.  Loved it, pretty classic Tarantino.  I was never comfortable during the whole thing, but really enjoyed the overall product.  The movie does not eff around with the slavery depictions.

les mis was fantastic. a couple songs were long because of anticipation for other songs. they might be just plain long for people who aren't familiar with the musical.

django was a blast. wish i had an excuse to see it again. does anyone know if QT wrote it with the lead characters in mind? at least the german guy?

personally thought lincoln was significantly better. but that may just be me.

Impossible. The fact that DDL did such an amazing job in There Will Be Blood with so little dialogue is unheard of. He did it all through facial expressions and demeanor, yet clearly conveyed his character.

Oh, I don't disagree with DDL's acting chops.  Just that I didn't care for the overall movie.

high school dub dub did not enjoy TWBB. lack of dialogue may be why.

I didn't like it in high school either. Loved it when I watched it after college. Much like my relationship with The Great Gatsby.
