I think so. It has some sad moments. Wouldn't say it's any scarier than Disney's version.

Andhadhun (it's on Netflix)

Fun, dark, and silly, but a touch too long (but most Indian movies are very long).

bullet train, wow!  definitely regret watching it with my four year old niece but pretty fun movie.

if i’m being honest, it was a little hard to follow all of the storylines but the main plot was good enough.

Bullet Train is fun not great. Kind of Kill Bill'ish. Amsterdam was fantastic. Will probably go see Avatar next week when I am off work.

All Quiet on the Western Front.  Good, very intense in some places.

The Invitation.  Sucked.  RSVP NO to this one.

Glad to see others have hopped on the Bullet Train lately.

I am an Eggers fanboi but did not like The Northman. Ethan Hawke was so bad he almost single handedly ruined it before it even started.
I was kinda hoping it would be either weirder or more straightforward mainstream entertainment. It was neither, so ended up feeling a little flat. Nicole Kidman still got it though

Watched these the past couple of weeks. I enjoyed them all and ranked them in my order of preference.

Nope (5/7) - This ranks at the top because I like Sci Fi movies a lot. I expected the scenes with the monkey to give me nightmares but so far so good.
Vengeance (5/7) - This wasn't what I was expecting, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.
Smile (4/7) - I like horror movies and I thought it was good in that respect, but overall it wasn't that great.

How can anyone trust your opinion on anything ever again?

Adult Swim Yule log (aka The Fireplace) - 7/7. I'm not exaggerating when I say it is the Citizen Kane of our times. Available for streaming on HBO Max.

Bros is out on Peacock. A lot of 2022 films get released on different streams these days early, so you’ll get the subscription.
