I saw the most recent Spider-Man movie this weekend. If you are like me, and only like the Tom Holland Spider-Man movies and didn’t like the stupid Tobey McGuire and that other guy’s versions, then this movie will be a solid MEH. If you liked those other ones then you will like this movie.

Going this evening with low expectations.

Don’t look up is fun

I saw it opening night because I have a certain family member who insisted this was necessary because he is a HUGE Spider-Man fan (which is true). I thought it was really good. I can't believe they pulled off that seemingly stupid plot, but they really did pull it off.

Saw Spiderman last night. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It's no Infinity War or Endgame, but I was entertained throughout.

A 90's gem and a cautionary tale for sure.  I consider it to be the sister movie to Fear, starring Marky Mark.

Greyhound on Apple TV with Tom Hanks.  I liked it.  It was all action, no backstory. Which is how it was kept at a tight 90 minutes.  I liked it.

I didn't mind it but I had pretty low expectations.  I did think it was dumb that the big Oceans Eleven "heist" in the end could've been foiled by a single security camera.

Watched Being The Ricardos last night. Acting and writing were great. Strong cast. JK Simmons was very good in particular. Plot wasn't terribly compelling but overall a solid flick. 5/7

"The Do Over" on Netflix is actually pretty good for a Adam Sandler movie. Like, I usually casually enjoy his movies, but the writing was pretty creative for this one. I remember watching it when they released it a few years ago, but rewatched it today and really enjoyed it.
