I mean yeah at the end of the day I would probably watch that.  The proposed EO would also exempt anything with Tom's live action involvement.

There's only one Bond, Sean Connery...and for my money, there's really only one Bond movie...Goldfinger.

The rest is crap.
I like Sean Connery Bond movies but From Russia With Love is obviously better.

GoldenEye was awesome. However, I don't know how much we can attribute to Pierce Brosnan.

I should crosspost this with the Shame Yourself thread, but I don't think I've watched Tomorrow Never Dies or The World Is Not Enough. I've seen all of the Daniel Craig bond movies and they're great. I've only seen one or two with Sean Connery.

Who doesn't want to see Tom squeeze into a Woody costume?

Oh, I thought you meant "live action" in the same way Disney made a "live action" Lion King. They would still need to animate the toys. Can't make real people look realistic enough.

Don't Let Go - 3.5/7

I didn't want to watch a dumb time travel movie, but it wasn't too bad. For me it was worth the watch.

Watched Kill Bill 1 last Friday and Kill Bill 2 this Friday. Vol 1 is a 6/7. Vol 2 is 4.5/7. I rank them 8/9 of the 10 Tarantino movies.

2 is packed full of good stuff. Bud, Elle, Pai Mei, Bill. I feel like not much happens in 1 by comparison.

2 is probably my 3rd favorite after Pulp Fiction and Jackie Brown. I know that's weird. I think everything after KB2 kinda sucks.

If you combine Kill Bill 1 and 2 I'd call it QT's 3rd best movie after Pulp Fiction and Once Upon A Time In Hollywood.

Not seeing a lot of love for Reservoir Dogs in this thread. If the movie scarred you, I understand.

Had a Chadwick Bozeman mini marathon last night, 21 Bridges and Da 5 Bloods.

21 Bridges was not what I expected. I thought it would be a suspenseful drama, but it was a formulaic cop shoot em' up, very meh.

Da 5 Bloods was pretty dece, not really a Chadwick Bozeman movie though. If you're a fan of The Wire, there is a fantastic Easter Egg that makes the movie completely worth it even if you think the rest of the movie is trash, which it isn't. It's a buddy movie and a Vietnam War movie told from the perspective of black veterans. It's amazing that this is the only Vietnam War movie that doesn't completely ignore the existence of black people given how many black men fought in that war.

Yes, Delroy Lindo was great, I definitely have a couple of crazy ass uncle's like he was.

Ma Rainey was next on the list but I got tired, maybe this weekend.

Finally watched Captain Marvel with the kids.  Super fun and way funnier than I expected.  I was expecting something pretty meh but I'll be darned if this isn't in like the top 1/3 of Marvel movies.

I watched Little Things on HBO, the new Denzel, Leto, and Malik movie.  It is slow and boring, and nothing really happens.

I was just coming here to say the exact same thing. It’s like Seven 2. I was still entertained tho.
