Like why didn't that one leader that took over for Princess Leah just tell the stud pilot guy what her plan was?  He asked several times and she didn't say anything so naturally he assumed she didn't have one and took drastic measures.  Didn't make sense to me.

The information was given on a need to know basis and he didn't need to know. Maybe he should not be so misogynistic and stop questioning his leader just because she is a woman.

TBH IMO that pilot definitely has something wrong with him.  After the bombing raid where basically every single plane was destroyed and every person killed, he came back into the ship wanting to high five and was super happy about the whole thing.  I mean hundreds of his fellow soldiers were just killed, maybe temper your excitement a little sheesh.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Ready Player One was a lot of fun. 3D/IMAX highly suggested.

Yeah, I could have written a much better screenplay than that pile of garbage.

Moonrise Kingdom 3.5/7 - I didn't pay very close attention but it never really gave me a reason to

Man on Wire 5/7 - decent little documentary about this guy who broke into the World Trade Center with his buddies in the 80's, setup a tight rope, and walked up and down it. Apparently he and his friends haven't talked since which they never went into detail about.

Man Vs. 2.5/7 - The lead in this movie was the rich guy who's the first investor in the app from Silicon Valley. He plays a Bear Grylls survivalist type who's in the woods in Canada. However, he's not alone in the woods. This could have actually been a good movie but they screwed up the end so bad.

Ready Player One  4.5/7    Figured it would never live up to my enjoyment of the book, and that was true, but better than I expected it to be.

The Quiet Place 6/7.    Went in no expectations, very very good.

Finally saw Ready player one! It was great, messed with the book a little but I'm completely fine with it as the changes were meant to make the movie flow better and not to distract how far off they were. Probably up on my favorite movie list OAT now. Was a good evening with the family.

Also saw A Quiet Place at a sold out late showing opening weekend in MHK and it exceeded my expectations. The tension was so thick in that theater you could have cut it with a knife. 7/7

Infinity War this weekend guys, the movies for the next few months is where a majority of my income is gonna be going. It's absurd, I can't remember the last time I was this hyped for summer of movie releases.

I watched the Florida Project last weekend... If you like seeing bratty little 6 year olds run around a motel for 2 hours, then it's great but otherwise...meh.

Spare me the time, what other blockbusters are coming out?  Infinity Wars is the only one I know I must see in theaters.

Look & See: Wendell Berry's Kentucky was short and sweet. He oversimplifies the problems that we face, but there's some truth in what he says, that or he's just damn good at saying it. Anyway, if you're interested about agriculture, human nature, or both, then it's a nice little hour long doc.
