Can we talk about how there isn't crap out at the theater? I mean, it's like woof city right now. Mrs Wacky and I have no idea what to do tonight.

Fantastic idea, TBT. However, I made her do that last night and I don't want to be selfish. As much as I'd love to binge my ass off and watch Willis get drafted.

Hey Wacky, "Sleight" just came out and looks pretty good. I also realllly want to see "Free Fire", it looks fantastic. If you want to watch something a little different I have also heard a lot of good things about "Colossal" starring Anne Hathaway.

I enjoyed LALA land way more than I anticipated. You really can't go wrong with R Gos and Emma tho.

Trolls - The premise of the movie is just so stupid that it's difficult to overcome.  The best parts are obviously when JT sings.  Unfortunately his character refuses to sing for the first 3/4 of the movie.

The BFG lost me in the 2nd half when they went to London or whatever.  It was almost like a completely different, worse movie.

The best kids movies these days carry an emotional weight to them.  Secret Life of Pets does not.  I don't care about any of the characters and its a shame because it's a great premise.

Agreed. Also mostly revolting characters. cloud guy was funny but that's about it.

On the other hand, Sing was pretty good! Not great, but I went into it with low expectations and was pleasantly surprised.
I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.
