Since Logan was so good I was feeling nostalgic and I went back and watched the OG Xmen trilogy and my favorite wolverine is still Logan and X-men 1 coming in 2nd, then X2 in 3rd, X3 is rough all around.

What I don't get about beauty and the beast is that he is supposed to be hideous and terrifying but he actually looks pretty chill and quite pet-able. A real curse should turn a [redacted] into a ridley scott alien monster. Try getting someone to love you then. The beast is actually more attractive than the human prince version.

They should make a movie about a beautiful princess that gets turned into an ogre.

I think Manchester by the Sea was the most depressing movie I've seen since Love Liza.

Anyone seen "sleepers"? I saw it as a young lad and vaguely remember the plot. I've never been able to get the baton scene out of my head

very good movie i think, i need to rewatch

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

LIFE was ok, met my expectations perfectly. Nothing special, although I'm a sucker for movies that take place on space ships

i'm really not

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0458525/?ref_=nv_sr_2

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt1430132/?ref_=nv_sr_3

Mrs. Gooch was asking if there were other wolverines, like other than Logan who's name is the wolverine. I took that as meaning others like 'him'.

I was saying no spoilers from the movie Logan, because that little girl is a clone of him but idk if there were others.

Technically to answer Mrs. Gooch's question there could be four 'wolverines' from my count.  Logan, his brother who's name I can't remember, Deadpools character in the first Wolverine movie, and the little girl.

Maybe I was just reading too much into this whole thing :dunno:

There is Xmen Origins Wolverine, and then the movie dubbed The wolverine. He has his own trilogy.

I meant other Wolverines like this chick....

Yes I have seen all the Wolverine movies except Logan, which I need to see soon.

I knew that little girl had the same powers but I didn't know she was a clone. Thanks a lot for the spoiler! I guess she is X-23 then.....

And I don't consider Sabertooth to be a "Wolverine".

Kong is so fun. Some of the best effects I've ever seen. And some great references to the '33 King Kong, Apocalypse Now, 2001: A Space Odyssey and Samuel L. Jackson says "hold on to your butts" so I'm going to consider that a reference to Jurassic Park.

Gooch wanted to go see King Kong but I have already seen the one with Jack Black, so I feel like it is just going to be the same story which would be boring.

Not gory. Like, no really big human blood splatter or anything. One or two scenes are pretty intense. What's the scariest/most gory thing they've seen that you're cool with?
