I found it quite good. Pretty intense scenes in a few places.

Watched Spotlight today. Very good non-fiction movie. Tough subject matter but should at least be nominated for an Oscar

If you liked Short Term 12, I can't recommend Spectacular Now enough. Those movies are cut from the same cloth.

so it had been a couple of years since i'd seen spectacular now and thought about watching it again. yes it has miles teller and shailene woodley, but here's the rub- did you know that it also had brie larson and kaitlyn dever from short term 12? i mean, wow!
i did know that! i've watched SN 5 or 6 times i think.

ST12 is so good. It's like hey movie, let go of my heart strings, they don't belong to you!

Me and Earl and the Dying Girl

I loved this movie and hated this movie. Hilarious and touching. Cliche and manipulative. It's worth your while, but I wouldn't blame you for saying to hell with the whole thing.
