IT'S JUST THE SCORE THAT SUCKS, STEVESIE!  :curse:

You think Pinkerton is better than the blue album, you have no business in any score critique

Not sure if everyone else feels this way, but it's super lame that so many good movies are coming out this weekend considering how poor the movie choices were the last several weekends. All opening this week:

Black Mass

Everest

Sicario

Pawn Sacrifice

Scorch Trials

Captive

Sounds like I'll be blowing my paycheck this week at the AMC.

mocat you're really on a roll today, very random.  what do you movie heads think of the score to the wedding singer?

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

Black Mass I will be seeing for sure.  Everest looks like a solid 3D IMAX flick, but probably wouldnt rent.

nope. it could also be argued that those are just my favorite movies and not the best movies but they're pretty much one in the same because of how knowledgeable and smart i am about stuff.

Marley - Enjoyed it.  Didn't know a lot about him besides his songs.
Cell 211 - Rewatched with the Ms.  Very good Spanish film.

Watched Mad Max Fury Road. I enjoyed it way more than I thought I would. There's no shame in enjoying a dopey movie with amazing action and visuals.

After that I decided to watch the first three Maxes. Never saw them before. The first one was complete crap. Can't believe they made a sequel. The second was very dated but at least decent. I can understand why people thought it was good at the time. Then there's Thunderdome. Oh my god. What a crap spectacle. Can't believe they made a fourth, but glad they did.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, K-State fans could have beheaded the entire KU team at midcourt, and K-State fans would be celebrating it this morning.  They are the ISIS of Big 12 fanbases.

Also recently watched Rescue Dawn, a Vietnam movie from maybe 10 years ago. Even though I kinda suspect Christian Bale is a douchebag bad person IRL and it comes across in the movie, still enjoyed it.
