my immediate thoughts after watching mr nobody- "i'm not sure what i just watched but i'm pretty sure i really liked it."

It really stuck with me for a while. What an ambitious concept, and deftly and beautifully done

yeah. watched last night and then googled some different thoughts on it today because I just want to try to make some sense of it all.

I think my favorite part was when elise left and then he is in a theatre watching her on stage as she cuts the hair of the guy she thinks she's still in love with but now he's an adult and she doesn't even recognize him and then goes back to looking at his picture and then the curtain closes. I mean holy crap Wtf?

Probably going to see The Other Woman. Heard its a good movie, and by heard I mean saw, and by saw I mean I saw Kate Upton is in it so it must be good.

Been sick for the past day and a half and have watched a few.

Wreck it Ralph: Really enjoyed it. The way the Pac Man Ghost moves

Elysium: rough ridin' awful. GMAFB.

GI Joe Redemption: oscar willis has a couple funny lines. Otherwise pretty meh. Did like that Channing Tatum dies. That was pretty good.

OK, my united 747 gave me some oppy's to watch a few motion pictures

Frozen: It's OK, not sure why it's so much more popular than the others.
Argo: Eh, OK I guess. It won an Oscar? rough ridin' Christ.
Secret Life of Walter Mitty: Better than I expected! Ben Stiller's actually pretty funny.
Book thief: Awful, awful movie. These rough ridin' fake german accents were the worst.
Nebraska: First movie I've really liked in years. But some of the old actors were kind of bad.

I am curious why you chose to even attempt to watch Book Thief.

Watched an Errol Morris documentary "Tabloid", it's about a former Miss Wyoming who falls in love with a Mormon dude, and he leaves for England to go on his mission without telling her.  She hires muscle, flies to England, kidnaps Mormon dude, and takes him to an English country cottage and screws his brains out for 3 days.  It was the crap in England back in 1977.  When Mormon dude resurfaces, he claims he was kidnapped and raped.  Back story uncovered by Errol Morris is kind of interesting.  It's worth watching.

The Way Way Back

Cast was good. I enjoyed how Steve Carell showed off some versatility by being an unlikeable prick. Sam Rockwell was his usual stud underrated self.  The kid who played Duncan really embraced his role as an awkward semi-loserish self but was still believeable when he became a semi-confident semii-stud at the end.

Man of Steel

I liked this much more than anticipated. I've never been a superman guy, too doofy a premise, but this movie was much more sci fi action mini-epic than super hero flick and had tons of kansas pandering which made me feel warm.
Also they killed some of the more annoying typical superman plot devices right off the bat. The only part I really didn't like was when he shaved off his beard because he was a beefed out bearded freakazoid which is good. Also, how the eff does superman shave? I know I complain about this a lot, but really noone has been able to give me a good answer.

Well known fact: he shaves using a mirror and laser vision.
