She's rough ridin' good. Let's make Heath feel bad to the point where he gives in. In response to my emails:

If you don’t want to go see it, that’s ok. I am just wondering who else I can get to go with me some other time.
Is there anything in red box that we want to see?  Saving Mr. Banks and Frozen? :) At the McDonalds prospect location, haha.
I am so checked out right now!

She knows I wouldn't watch those movies in a million years and she's making Divergent look like The Wolf of wall street to me right now.

You're going to have to go see the sequel next year too.

I know. I have a hard time watching animations. I know that's weird to some ppl, but after I turned 21, I lost that child in me. I'm sure Mr. Banks is good, but is it Friday night good? Seems more like a monday rental to me.

Dude, you watch HIMYM. I don't think I'm taking too big of a leap by saying I think you can sit through Frozen.

Oh cool fanning's life is now part of the movies thread.  Extra helpings of dumbshit are always a treat.  I personally enjoy all the really profound insights.  Teaches me about humans and what it means to be one.  Learn a little something about a sepcial guy named me in the process.
My prescience is fully engorged.  It throbs with righteous accuracy.  I am sated.

Divergent is going to be somewhere around a 4 film commitment I think by the time its all said and done.  Frozen will probably have sequels as everything animated does.  The Mr. Banks thing is a one movie commitment.  Once you dodge the first movie in a series, you have a built in excuse for the rest.  Go with Banks.

And Banks is what we chose. We came to the conclusion at happy hour.

Divergent was pretty good. They did screw up Tris's fear landscape, but it didn't last too long so wasn't such a big deal as I had feared.

Watched "The Grand Budapest Hotel" tonight with the wife. Really solid. I loved the sets/backgrounds/wardrobe and the cinematography was top notch. Emotions ran the gamut throughout the movie, and there are some really good laughs as well. Pretty typical for a Wes Anderson movie, which is not a bad thing.

Absolutely loved it, the sex, drugs, and rock and roll was just awesome, I wish more movies were made like this.

Hot Tub Time Machine is good even on cable.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

The Spectacular Now - Almost like a mix of Perks of Being a Wallflower and Smashed. (If you haven't seen Smashed, you must. I watched it for Aaron Paul but he's about #10 on the list of reasons I loved it.) I loved it because any movie that has a young, newfound relationship is already endearing, but that kid's personality reminded me a lot of myself in high school. Really in college too, when it comes to being so afraid to fail that you don't take any steps forward in your life. But his conversation with his mom in the end really got me. A couple of people really close to me have the same outlook on themselves and how people view them, and it's really sad that you can't talk to them logically about it.

i will watch it tonight.
and omg amy finnicky i think i love you.

i've never fallen for a fictional character so hard.  and a high-schooler nonetheless!

 :surprised:
hands off, Dlew! she's mine  ;)

What a great movie. They really depicted the people of Nebraska perfectly. It's just very entertaining.
