Really liked it though. The Best Picture conversation still begins and ends with "Her." Still need to watch Nebraska, Dallas Buyer's Club, and Captain Phillips. I don't know if i'll bother with Philomena -- British people movies just don't do it for me.

Agreed on Her. It's (500) Days of Summer meets Lars and The Real Girl.

Dallas Buyers Club was on youtube yesterday so I watched it. Pretty good. I'm not sure it's best picture nominee good, but I enjoyed it.

Watched Mitt on Netflix last night. Regardless of which party you are affiliated with its pretty cool to see these people behind the scenes and you realize they are real people just like everyone else. I also like documentaries like this.

Just watched Drinking Buddies, thought it would be a little funnier. First 30ish minutes or so were weird but after viewing the whole thing I liked it. Olivia Wilde and Anna Kendrick together in a movie is also great. Probably my favorite part was when Olivia decides to go skinny dipping and, well, you will just have to watch the movie.

"Jodorowsky's Dune" is coming to the states this year. Sounds like a pretty great documentary about Alejandro Jodorowsk'ys unfinished Dune film that was beyond rough ridin' insane. Apparently the documentary has won quite a few awards, so hopefully it does the subject matter justice. Here is an interesting article by the man himself on his unfinished project.
