I don’t know I just didn’t find it interesting or entertaining and just thought the whole thing was odd and the style of the movie just was off putting to me. Just seemed like a “what if we” premise that tried to stylize its way to making it work and I didn’t think it came off.

Yeah I can see that. I usually don't like over stylized movies and often refer to them as "art house trash". I think the main difference for me on Jojo was that it was funny to me. I laughed out loud more times during this movie than any movie I can remember over the last several years.

Judas and the Black Messiah - incredible. worth all of the buzz it's getting.
The Half of It - great!
The Ballad of Buster Scruggs - great!
The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society - good.
My Old Lady - a roller coaster of emotions. good tho.
You Were Never Really Here - joaquin great as always, dark as crap tho, my goodness
The Mauritanian - pretty good. was not aware of that person's case/story. sucks.
Coming to America (the first one) - had never seen. very enjoyable.

Pitch Perfect (3.5/7) - not my type of movie but it was worth watching. I even found myself enjoying some of the songs.

Blade Runner 2049 (4/7) - I didn't enjoy the story line that much. What I enjoyed the most was Ryan Gosling playing a new role, for him. I thought he was great. Was I supposed to watch the original Blade Runner before this one or something? I've seen it but it has been a while.

Watched ZS Justice League last night. I enjoyed it and thought it was way better than the first one. Its pretty bonkers that they were sort of the same movie. Its obv a bit long, but the individual story lines sort of separate it.

Three Kings - 3/7

I was pretty dissappointed with this movie because I was really looking forward to it and it didn't deliver. It came out in 1999 and it has George Clooney, Mark Wahlberg, Ice Cube and Jamie Kennedy, and I had no recollection of it whatsoever. They're in Iraq for Desert Storm and they go looking for Saddam's hidden treasure immediately after the war ends.

No, I just have a little something called class and taste. I think I'm just not a fan of that type of movie. I like war movies but not "action" war movies.

Unforgiven - 5/7

Good western with Clint Eastwood, Morgan Freeman and Gene Hackman. Eastwood directed. Morgan Freeman's character, Ned, is from Kansas! I'd say this was just a notch below Tombstone and Lonesome Dove.

I've never been one for comic movies, but the new Justice League entertained me while working the past two days. Pretty cool. 4 hours long tho.

Yeah, I had fun watching it. Not that stand alone Wonder Woman 2 movie though, that was terrible, IMO.
