LMAO at ku struggling, they still have the most talented roster in the big 12

No they don't, they're crap, may not even finish top 4. Iowa State pretty clearly has the most talent. If Bill Self had our roster they'd be two games up and I'm not even taking a shot at oscar oscar.

Come on now...

They're 5th now and only 1 game ahead of UT. I think Baylor will crash at some point, but it hasn't happened yet.

Calling them crap is a bit much, as they have the best player in the conference. However, if you don't allow them dribble penetration and don't let them spread you out they will struggle to score. As spracne said they can't shoot, unfortunately for them they don't have anyone to dump it inside to for easy buckets either.

They are also only 1/2 game behind 1st place with 11 games left to play in conference.  Bill Self has plenty of time not only to win the conference, but to win it by 2+ games.

KU wins league by 2 games.

I will not hear another word about it.

This year feels different, from my perspective.

Because you don't believe in voodoo, curses, just because, and other various nonsense. You have the best coach, but for the first time since the Jamaal Tinsley/Marcus Fizer cyclones, KU doesn't have the best roster.

DeSousa doesn't deserve this, but KU deserves all of this.

DeSousa doesn't deserve this

Why not?

2 years seems kind of excessive to me.

I'm going to guess that they went two years because the guardians were being uncooperative and KU were attempting to smoke screen the NCAA with attempting plausible deniability. This doesn't appear to be a simple case of a kid receiving impermissible benefits from a booster. This is the guardians, multiple schools, and intermediaries shopping services, I think he's lucky to have any eligibility at all.

Cheesy Mustache QB might make an appearance.

All fair points.  Maybe it just seems excessive to me because I don't recall someone every getting 2 years.

Wasn't Brad Buckner a starter on that team? That's like us staring LuCo in 09-10.

Really hate to see The Man keeping KU basketball down like this.

Every year KU is a victim of some kind of jackbooting by The Man

Just wish those big city agents and Big Shoe ruffians would quit picking on those bumpkins at KU and subsequently getting The Man involved.

Seeing how they handled Tech with a fresh bounce to their step (almost like the De Sousa thing gave them a spark), I predict KU sweeps KSU this year and wins another Big 12 title.

We have no true post players, but at least we also have no one who can shoot 3s, so...
Mak is as pure a post player this team has besides James Love.
