WTF are "biblical grounds"?

I'm not a scholar, but I don't think there are any biblical grounds for a wife to divorce a husband.

Most hardliners would say she can leave if he had sexual relations with someone else. Some people probably do take a strict literal interpretation that more or less leaves her as his property, though.

He has allegedly been having an affair for like 8 years so I can't imagine what was the straw that broken the camel's back. I'm guessing an ultimatum had been given on the girlfriend or maybe there's a dude involved now.
