He was tried by the Senate and charges were dismissed. Jack didn't charge him with insurrection. I suppose we'll see what the US Supremes have to say.
Trump's charges amount to insurrection, and there are video and audio tapes of him being guilty. I would prefer to let it play out in court, but he definitely shouldn't be eligible for office after conviction.
