Yeah, Monte Carlo and NYNY are about equal to me. Both MGM. Next to each other. Acceptable location. Equally cheap.

MC has an actual indoor path to Aria though, that's a bonus.

If you are actually going to gamble or spend time there it kinda sucks though. Low ceilings. Poorer layout imo.

I'm a Total Rewards guy and have pretty good luck at the upgraded Flamingo rooms.  Great location.

Yeah, it's pretty narrow too. More stuff along the sides going on though. Agreed about getting lost. I drunkenly walked a hundred miles in MGM one night trying to stumble my way out.

MGM and Caesars are the worst.

I want to like MC....i go there like everytime, it just is always dead.  The PUB in back looks good but both times I've tried to go there they were closed for some special event.

K, settling on Monte Carlo. Where should I eat? Keep in mind I enjoy everything and need a $100-$150pp option, a $50pp option, and maybe a sushi place.
Where did you get that overnight bag?

I think it's very clear in this thread where Clams thinks you should go for sushi.

Sushi samba (clams favorite) at palazzo or Venetian. Chain but not a big one.

Todd English Pub ($50 option) craft beer, great raw bar, gastropub

Demonico at Venetian (steak $150 option). Truffle chips. or Carnevino right there somewhere.

Il mullino is a chain similar to sushi samba though. There was one at our hotel in Disney world.
