All we can say is that DePape listed that address as his address somewhere at some point in time. The FBI is going to do a public records search just as I could do with Lexis, and they're going to visit any associated addresses that pop up. Especially with people who don't own real property, those associated addresses can be quite stale. They don't tell you much.
It should be noted that that house is a largely transient tenant type thing. For those of you familiar with Lawrence, it would be the equivalent of the Sunflower Co-Op.
