birds evolved from dinosaurs. the goose specifically evolved from the brontosaurus. thus the long necks. the bronto front legs became wings and the tail became the rear feathers. the back legs are still the back legs just slightly different (webbing). this took dozens of generations to happen, it didn't just instantly transform.

Which is your favorite type of goose:  Canada Goose or Snow Goose?  Mine is the Canada Goose.  These are the only two type of geese I know so if you have a different favorite type of goose please share.

There is a special Hawaii goose that is not one of these. It is grey. It sucks and is not my favorite. My favorite is the snow goose.

The geese on the lower left in Tom's pic are White Fronted geese, also known as speckle bellies or specs.
