Our SOS is getting a bump from LSU's success in the pathetic SEC, including its win Wednesday against No. 23 Ole Miss. Unfortunately, Miami now sucks.

We really should consider moving the conference tournament to late March/early April and declaring the conference champ the national champ.

In South Florida's victory over Memphis, Selton Miguel came off the bench to score 23 points in 31 minutes, shooting 9-15 from the field and 5-10 from 3. He's have a good year, scoring 14.6 points per game, on 43.2 percent from the field and 47.1 percent from 3.
Tomlin scored 10 points and gathered 7 boards for the losers.
