Exactly. I sure hope he isn't referring to kso. The content there is awesome, the message board is exactly the same as it ever was. The posters didn't leave with fitz, maybe a handful of tucks, but otherwise nothing's different.

We could win a title and I won’t give a eff about basketball or the basketball board as long as Weber is the coach.  I suppose that sort of sentiment has contributed to the decrease in traffic.  We donate almost all of the money we get from ads to K-State causes.  So, I don’t really give a eff about decreased traffic.

I mean, yeah, it's pretty high volume.  There are a lot of posters making a lot of posts.

Frankly, it's probably too big.  Other than the mods, the people I know from here, and the 2 or 3 dominating personas over there (who are nauseating, btw), it's hard to distinguish one poster from another.

This board basically lost most of the mediocre posters + _FAN.  The mediocre or brand new ones made things fun for good posters to get one over on.   I can’t think of many specific posters I miss seeing here, but I may have just forgotten. 

GOAT Daris doesn’t post enough anymore, that’s my main complaint.

Obviously, a coach search is exactly what this board needs for a shot in the arm. Bill and oscar are specifically the reason the board has slowed--because both are extremely boring, vanilla figureheads for their sports. So no, gE won't die with Bill. It will be at least slightly resurrected once he leaves.

oscar is far from vanilla. Pretty much the entire board took a hard stance against oscar and instead of just wearing that we were wrong most are just choosing to plug their ears and sing really loudly to ignore what the program is, now the basketball board is nearly unreadable because of renocat. Remember kougar and why he left? Dude took off because he thought we were too soft on oscar, ell oh ell.
