Dream scenario: Gene thinks he has Bill on board to announce retirement after Saturday's W. Bill never directly confirmed everything, it was just left pretty awkwardly. They set up the stage on the field and everything after the game and all the FAMILY's there. Bill gets the mic and says "I'm staying."

This could also happen even if things were very directly agreed to.

That would only look bad on Snyder. My way would put all the dysfunction out there.

Thompson is realistically the best option we are going to have at QB next year. I hope he stays.

There was s lot to be excited about with him after last year. I didn’t think Snyder would sit Zuber for petty crap and I had no clue how important Pringle was to this offense. He looks timid af this year. I’m sure having our worst receiving core in Snyder’s coaching career hasn’t helped with his confidence.
