It was a beer and wine party, so not the usual pak’d wacky, I think I was just excited to hear something new.  :D

Did you post what you heard here? Did I miss it?
Most of the stuff I heard that night was the same stuff that came out on Sunday. Hadn’t heard about the indoor facility talk by the AD until my family told me that’s the next phase to secure a decent hire. Which would be this year, from the way Gene is speaking to them.

Thanks Coach.  You didn’t save Kstate but you sure came at a much needed time.

Is Gene doing a broad search for the next HC?  Is he limiting the prospects to those who will be here a long time or is he also looking at those who have huge potential but may only be looking at KSU as a stepping stone?

Big donors are one of the main reasons why Bill is feeling pressure right now and why Gene is more on top of this than Currie ever was. Also, Gene feels like we need a new up to date indoor practice facility before he'll ever be able to haul in the type of coach that we'd all really want.
Low indoor practice facility IQ here, but what exactly is wrong with the one we have?

Broad search for sure. LittreLL is just one of the many he’s reaching out to.

My source was told last week was it, so let’s put a hold on it, but for sure Snyder’s last season.

at a precarious time look now, i don't think we can risk a hire outside of the family.

The biggest hold back for Snyds right now is his young coordinators he’s promoted. Feels like he’s leaving them in the dust. But they’ve sucked all year.

A+ overall on it being his last season. B+ on this being the week. He did me wrong last week. It’s happening tho. So I think that should be the main point of the scoop.

he could make sean promise to keep them.  then they'd have a fair shot.

Did you really think I don't know that we have a full field? The current indoor complex is smaller than, at the very least KU's soon to be competed facility, ISU, OSU, OU, and I'd presume UT; not to mention it's 2 decades older than those facilities.
