Deflecto Meter:  Extremely High

Didn't say a word about Google struggling from a business perspective.

Good to know that Eric Schmidt CEO of Google was ready to put on the jackboots and lead the march for Hillary . . . but no bias at Google say resident LibBots.

You might be right dax, old people do get confused and are unable to answer questions about themselves.

Judging by your work on here of late, I'm concerned about your constant state of confusion and ability to understand what's being said . . .  just today even, wow.   I'll chalk it up to a late night and an early morning, but I am monitoring, hang in there LiBot7.

As of August 15, 2016, a Google search for "The Murder of Seth Rich" Conservapedia, yields no results, likewise a search by "The Murder of Seth Rich" Site: Conservapedia.com. But a Yahoo search brings up the Conservapedia article.

I don't need a bone, and  at the thought of it being some huge task to change the search algorithms.   You can re-route entire data networks, spin up or down servers, turn the Internet on or off at a location(s) etc. etc. with a couple of clicks of a mouse.

It would be quite difficult. Definitely a huge project.

Google by their own admission makes minor tweaks to their search algorithms at a rate of nearly twice a day.

I do like your idea that there is a vast repository of pre-programmed lib friendly functions that can be activated via mouse click. It's just not very feasible.

It really doesn't have anything to do with friendly or unfriendly.   Think about what you've been saying.   Yet reality says that search results are quite literally tweaked at a rate of about 1.5 times a day.  With major overhauls coming about once every year to year and half.

Rendering the possibility of manipulation of results that are either favorable or unfavorable highly possible.

People make a lot of money positioning and repositioning website search rankings based on the changes.  They also make lots of money responding after major changes completely eff up specific business sector or other search results.    Your entire feasibility bent is just LOL able relative to capability, the capability exists with a few clicks of the mouse.
