I don't like how he underestimates the ability of these women to think strategically. If they think that there are lots of people who wouldn't vote for a candidate for sexist reasons, they are correct. But I'm guessing I'd also disagree with him on the idea that Democrats could have done better in 2016 with a different candidate.

clinton apologists (and supporters of every other female candidate) should be able to understand that when they complain about sexism, etc., they are communicating to voters that they shouldn't support female candidates.

I think we can close this thread as I don't see anyone catching Biden.  It will be a battle of the old people in Nov 2020.

give it a month for everyone to see, and fully process, how old he is.  if he's still polling well over 30 a month from now, then i'll agree.

incidentally, my candidate did his first prime-time mainstream cable interview last night, and he kinda mumped it up.  i'm pretty disappointed they haven't figured out a better message than he communicated last night during this first month of declining interviews.

oth, news leaked that abrams isn't going to run the senate, so hopefully she's deciding on the presidency.

most of my assumptions regarding how the race will play out have assumed that sanders will hold at least 20% or so, no matter what.  if his candidacy collapses, i haven't really thought about what the race might look like with a bunch of newcomers running against biden.

meaningless, statistically.  but this is the first poll that hasn't had sanders nominally in 1st or 2nd, afaik.

Was/is The Bank of China a major investor in Bohai-Harvest RST and Rosemont-Seneca?

When did this “investment” get consummated if true?

If true and using the current political climate as our guide.  The Biden’s are quite clearly compromised by both the Ukrainians and even worse, the Chinese.

Jesus, a month from now is still 6 months from the Iowa Caucuses. Is this the first primary election you guys have paid attention to? July of 2015 Donald Trump was a national joke that no one took seriously who already had people quitting his campaign because he trashed John McCain for being a POW. Can we, at the very least, get through the summer debates?

you're basically right, there's a lot of time left.  but silver posted analysis a few weeks back that showed there was a pretty big difference between candidates polling in the 30-40% range the spring before and candidates polling in the 20-30% range.

btw, beto is back in iowa this weekend and early next week.  several events near des moines.

Not a bad deal.  Fly to China with dad on the public dole.  While dad is over putting the finishing touches on the utterly failed “Asian Pivot” (which only emboldened China in the SCS, intellectual property theft, and compromised technology).   Sonny and friends get the papers drawn up for what would ultimately be a $3 billion dollar “investment” by the ChiComs (a little Limbaugh lingo for this boards #1 Limbaugh fan, LibDerp7).

FFS, is there any enemy of the US, the icons of LibDerp Nation weren’t selling out to back then?

Sorry guys, Biden is compromised and unelectable.  Time to move on.

If AOC and Beta, I mean Beto can get on the same page I will have to give Captain Denim some serious thought.

But until they decide if it’s 10 years left or 12 years left,  I’ll have to consider Beets a man bereft in a sea of indecision
