The main reason I say Bernie supporters aren't going to vote for Biden is because that's what they've been telling me.

The polling has consistently been 15% of Sanders primary voters have said that they won't vote for Biden in the general. For some stupid ass reason there isn't enough (any?) data showing how many moderate voters would have voted for a progressive candidate in the general, logic would dictate that the percentage would be similar.

Am I incorrect in assuming most of the Bernie supporters here will not be voting for Biden this fall?

If not, how many of you are going to vote Trump?  I think nationally this number will be pretty large.

Not voting for Biden. Not voting for Trump.

Do want to burn it all down.
If there was a gif of nicname thwarting the attempted-flag-taker and then gesturing him to suck it, followed by motioning for all of Hilton Shelter to boo him louder, it'd be better than that auburn gif.

The onus is on the candidate to get people to vote for them, blaming voters is dumb.

Yes but whenever hear people complain about the results I have a distinct lack of sympathy for people who:

1. Voted for candidate they are now complaining about

2. Didn't vote at all

3. Did a protest vote

In that order. If we had a different system I might feel differently.

yeah our system sucks crap and I don't really fault people for any those because our politics is basically just spectacle and totally alienating for the vast majority of people and the choices are so limited and people's individual political power is so limited and change is so slow and difficult that I think getting pissed at the voter trying to interpret and respond to things as they are is pointing at the wrong target.

Nothing wrong with a protest vote in California.

Also I'm not sure where you're getting this ill-informed and kind of dim impression of Bernie voters

Hopefully Joe will continue to read the teleprompter correctly and in a semi-coherent fashion, and not like a mule plucking badger headed whipper snapper.

His hair must look terrible grown out if he thought that was better than having it longer than 3/4 of an inch.

Well he's going to continue to provide health care to his staff through November, so no, you're not getting any of your imaginary money back.

Did he call people who aren't Bernie or busters but won't vote for Joe? I feel like that number is insignificant but growing, he seems to have a growing #metoo issue.

While people continue to complain about Bernie Bots, there's this happening all over twitter. Neolibs are hoping that shame will replace actually having policies that will attract voters.

I think most bernie voters are fully aware that they are helping trump by not voting for joe or not voting at all or voting for some nobody. I just think a lot of them hate joe equally so they don't care.

I'd assume that a sizeable amount of democrats/liberals that aren't voting for Joe, like myself, would prefer him over Trump, but view this as a false choice. Like one of those "gun to your head and you have to pick one..." scenarios and I'd rather not vote that way.

If you're a Trump voter, own it.  But don't dress it up as a protest.
