By all accounts Rob Porter was doing a good job at the WH.  He got along well with colleagues.  In the public eye the WH had to can him, but the media is trying to spin this to be a that a business has to police what a person does in their private lives and dole out punishment as needed, including firing someone.  This is a dangerous road to go down IMO.
