john anthony brooks scored for hertha berlin, and aron johannsson scored for az over the weekend
both are confirmed to be in the roster for the bosnia friendly. if we can cap both of those players, i'm going to be pretty damn excited.
Saw somewhere that those two are "ineligible" until FIFA approves their switches. I'm not entirely sure what that means. Why would they be on this roster if they aren't allowed to play? I'm hoping my confusion means nothing and we tie them both to USMNT. They are both rough ridin' studs. (I had lost all hope for Johannsson until he decided to dick-slap Iceland a few weeks ago.)
brooks is good to go, but johannsson is still waiting on paperwork to be pushed through for his one time switch. JK said that he was inviting him in to get a feel for the squad, but he doesn't think he'll be able to play.
brooks, i feel good about because he turned down the german camp (U-21) to accept the USA call up.
