Meh? Jurgen and USSF orchestrated this farewell sham without calling Landon? That's pretty mumped up Scott. Is Jurgen the Currie of soccer coaches? He seems to be good at everything but dealing with people. For neither Klinsmann to apologize for that tweet is complete crap, and you just know Jurgen anticipated rolling into Hartford like nothing happened, slapping Landon on the back and crap like that. It's deplorable, I'm confused as to how people in positions of power can be so shitty in dealing with other people.

Man this isn't some kid, and Jurgen disagrees with you about the apology. Jurgen is the one who decided to tell everyone, unsolicited, that his son should apologize. Everyone knows that Jonathan made the tweet because Jurgen talked crap about Landon at home, this isn't brain surgery. The apology is the bare minimum required for being a decent human being, how rough ridin' hard is it to say "I'm sorry?" Weird place too draw a line.
