I guess I don't understand this. Are we confident that they can't beat Ghana by more than one and/or we will lose to Germany by less than 4 for some reason?

Talent-wise, it's not really true, but Ghana is arguably a better team. I think they are. I came into this WC thinking we had a better chance to beat Portugal than Ghana.

i know Germany is good sunny they maybe the only team that can win it all from our group but what I'm saying is I think Portugal is more overrated than people think and today showed it. They didn't look remotely close to a team we should be worried about

as sc alluded to,  portugal is a better team on paper/per position than ghana, but has some real big team chemistry question marks.  (ghana does have some pretty solid/moderately well-known players though)

You should be worried. We can beat them just like we can Ghana, but I was still rough ridin' worried about Ghana. Two of those goals came when Portugal was down a man, but Germany is absolutely that good.
