The key to scheduling games vs countries like Mexico, Honduras, and Costa Rica is putting them in MLS stadiums to control the attendance numbers and keep the home field advantage. If you played either of those games in Seattle, you would have 10k+ fans for CR or Honduras there and probably 30k+ Mexican fans there.

I'm all for playing Mexico in Columbus in a freezing cold night in December. But Seattle is the first city i've seen where it seems we have an actual homefield advantage.

Soccer is such a great sport, but Americans just can't see it.
Quote from: emawblast on June 11, 2013, 10:36:15 PMso they're singing "we are going to brazil"is that for sure with a win tonight?nope, we are only half way through. but having 10 points from 5 games and two points clear of the 2nd place team right now is making it so that if we do not go to Brazil it will be one of the biggest collapses in USSF history.
so they're singing "we are going to brazil"is that for sure with a win tonight?

I would like to be able to play all qualifiers in NFL stadiums vs who ever we want with a 95% USA fan mark.

Every single home qualifier has had a distinct advantage and very good atmosphere.

Preferably at a team with a similar attacking scheme as the USMNT. Anything to help him grow into the role that Klinnsman wants him to play in.
#USMNT StartingXI: Howard; Evans, Gonzalez, Besler, F.Johnson; Bradley, Jones; Zusi, Dempsey(c), E.Johnson; Altidore
