No, your reasoning for Seattle proves you know nothing about how the USSF does, and should schedule qualifiers. That would just lead to an idiotic conversation where all you do is say Seattle has a big stadium and a lot of fans came out tonight.

The key to scheduling games vs countries like Mexico, Honduras, and Costa Rica is putting them in MLS stadiums to control the attendance numbers and keep the home field advantage. If you played either of those games in Seattle, you would have 10k+ fans for CR or Honduras there and probably 30k+ Mexican fans there.
